It is particularly suitable for projects that require the reception of sound emitted at a large distance from the recording device. SYNCO D2 is a professional hypercardioid condenser shotgun microphone with a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 80dB（1KHz at 1Pa). It has a solid brass construction, very low self-noise, ultra-flat frequency response and a gold-plated XLR connector. It can be mounted on booms and microphone stands, and can also be easily attached directly to cameras using the included mount and XLRM-XLRF cable. All the features of SYNCO D2 make it an excellent choice for video and audio recording, and the material recorded with it, both in the studio and in other spaces, will be of the highest quality.
Hypercardioid polarity pattern
Thanks to the use of hypercardioid polarity characteristics and sound wave interference technology, the SYNCO D2 microphone is very sensitive to specific directional sounds (-32dB±3dB), while effectively suppressing sounds located off-axis of the microphone (-18dB). The microphone focuses on picking up the detailed sound directly in front of it and rejects sounds coming from the sides and behind. Thanks to this, it always precisely processes what you care about most, ensuring the highest recording quality.
Ultra flat frequency spectrum
The frequency response range of SYNCO D2 is 20Hz-20KHz. Thanks to such an ultra-flat frequency response, Mic-D2 processes all the frequencies we can hear and captures the accurate and natural sound coming from the source we want to record. The microphone picks up extremely precisely with a huge amount of detail, producing crystalline, expressive and undistorted sound.

The body of the SYNCO D2 microphone is made of instrument-grade brass, which guarantees solid construction and high resistance to interference. Its external coating is finished with a black, matte and rough structure, which ensures perfect operation of the microphone even in the rain and protects against light reflection during filming. All these elements make the microphone perfect for recording sound outdoors, also in difficult weather conditions and when using it on set during night photos.
Extremely low self-noise
The professional SYNCO D2 microphone is characterized by an extremely low self-noise level of only 12dB (A-weighted), 24dB (CCIR 268-3). The SNR is 80dB, which means the microphone can maximize the transmission of the desired signal while reducing background noise. Its audio parameters for sound transmission exceed those of most microphones available on the market.
Synco D2 has a gold-plated XLR connector
The universal, shielded and gold-plated 3-pin XLR connector ensures perfect and interference-free signal transfer. The microphone can be connected to most camcorders, booms and tripods using the standard XLRM-XLRF cable included in the set.
