How to use

1. Insert the microSD card into Quick Reader before use.
2. Connect to camera.
   Quick Reader serves as an external SD card where you can save videos and photos directly while recording.
• Turn on the camera. Remove the cover from the USB-C port and insert Quick Reader. The message "Quick Reader connected" appears on the touch screen.
• When finished, disconnect the Quick Reader and replace the cover.
3. Connect to your phone or tablet
4. Files in Quick Reader can be played and edited directly in the Insta360 application, allowing for faster processing.
• Download the Insta360 app on your phone or tablet.
• Connect Quick Reader and open the Insta360 application.
• For IOS: Direct access to Quick Reader files.
• On Android: In the Insta360 app, click Settings -> Settings Quick Reader -> Select directory -> Use this folder to play and edit files.
  (On some phones, click in the upper left corner, select the appropriate drive, and then click Use this folder.)
5. Connected to computer
   Quick Reader files can be accessed on the computer and files can be transferred between the two devices.

Notes!!

1. Even if there is a microSD card in the camera, data will be saved to the SD card in Quick Reader when you connect it to the camera.
2. When the camera first connects to Quick Reader, it will take some time to load.
3. If the Quick Reader is disconnected while shooting, the file will not be saved.
4. Quick Reader may disconnect during intense action or movement. Please use with caution.
5. When a speed reader is connected, the camera will no longer be waterproof. To protect the camera, we recommend avoiding using it on rainy days and keeping it dry.
6. For some phone manufacturers, e.g. OPPO, you will need to enable OTG in the phone settings before using Quick Reader.
7. Devices that do not support exFAT, such as Google Pixel phones, cannot read files saved in Quick Reader.
8. To ensure a solid connection, it is recommended to remove the phone/tablet case before using Quick Reader.
9. Some vivo phones are not compatible with this Quick Reader. For details, please contact the Insta360 customer service team.
10. It is recommended to use official Insta360 microSD cards or cards with official compatibility.
