The adapter allows you to attach all kinds of accessories with a standard 1/4" thread (e.g. ball head, microphone) to the shoe of a camera or camcorder. This adapter also allows you to connect two cameras together, which greatly facilitates taking photos with different cameras.
The adapter is especially recommended for professionals, mainly reporters.
The adjustable upper part of the adapter allows for stable and secure tightening of the mounted equipment to the adapter. Just screw the fastened element into the thread so that all available space in the fastened element is used and tighten the upper part of the adapter, which will ensure high mounting stability.
